Recognising the importance of highly skilled staff, Turner Engine Powered Solutions develops its own service engineers skill base through OEM and in-house training programs for Industrial and marine applications and ensures engineers are "offshore certified" to support the offshore product range. This ensures we meet the growing demand for competent and professional technicians required for the offshore and overseas markets.

Operating from large workshop premises with a fleet of mobile service engineers in modern well-equipped vans, our service engineers are factory trained and available 24 hours a day to service and maintain diesel and gas powered plant, Offshore, UK and Worldwide.

Service Contracts
Committing to a service contract with Turner Engine Powered Solutions ensures that when you really need your generator to provide that vital source of electrical supply the equipment will start first time. Regular testing and planned preventative maintenance routines are all part of the service.

Each service contract is tailored to suit the customer's individual requirements whether the machine is running 24 hours a day or is on standby to act as back-up in the event of a power failure.

24-Hour Breakdown Service
Turner Engine Powered Solutions offers 24/7 emergency call-out procedure where service engineer can be despatched direct to site to restore essential power supplies and/or carry out a repair. Service vans are well-stocked with a wide variety of spare parts and control accessories such that first time fix is the rule and not the exception.

Testing and Load Banking
Routine testing of the generator builds confidence in the equipment's ability to perform and is vital in ensuring that the generator remains in full working order. In circumstances where testing the generator on building load is not appropriate or not possible, we can provide temporary load banks to simulate full generator output and subsequently provide a written report with any recommendations that may be necessary.

Repairs
Our very large and well-equipped workshop can handle all types and sizes of both mechanical and electrical repair work. We can carry out repairs on site or remove the equipment back to our premises for major mechanical works.

We can also upgrade control systems and components to more modern equivalents so that the end user can benefit from advances in technology whilst not having to purchase a new machine. All repaired or modified equipment is fully tested prior to its return to the customer.

We recognise our customer's basic requirements. These are minimum downtime and maximum quality.
