Turner EPS is happy to process credit account applications from
new or existing businesses.
Please click on the relevant company logo, to the right, to
download the required credit account application form; only
hard copy submissions will be accepted.
Complete all required form fields and submit as per the return
address details on the form. Also, please remember to include
a copy of your company letterhead, as failure to do so
may incur a delay to your application process.
Please note all applications are subject to credit
account approval.
